Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the vs76 platform ("vs76", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("user", "you"). vs76 is an online casino and sports betting service operated for users in Bangladesh.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service of the vs76 platform, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

Right to Amend Terms

vs76 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you are accepting the updated terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on the vs76 platform. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request identity documents to verify age when necessary. Registering with false information will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted only one vs76 account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, name, address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all benefits will be cancelled.

Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any change to your name, date of birth, mobile number, or email address must be reported to our support team immediately. The user is responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing account information with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support immediately. vs76 will not be held responsible for misuse of account credentials.

Deposit Rules

• For deposits, you must use only a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your own name.
• For bank transfers, major bank accounts such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit amounts generally take a few minutes to be confirmed.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification is not complete.
• Funds linked to a bonus whose wagering requirements have not been met cannot be withdrawn.
• Multiple withdrawal requests submitted at the same time may not all be processed simultaneously.

Transaction Cancellation & Rejection

vs76 reserves the right to reject or suspend a withdrawal request in the following cases: account information has not been verified, unusual or suspicious activity is detected, a breach of terms has occurred, or due to technical issues. In such cases, we will notify the user as quickly as possible.

Welcome Bonus

vs76 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. To receive this bonus, the applicable conditions at the time of the first deposit must be met.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. That means for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — the wagering requirements must be completed first.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If the bonus conditions are abused, the bonus will be cancelled.
• vs76 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• vs76 has the final say on all decisions related to bonuses and promotions.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vs76 platform:

• Use of bots, automated software, or any artificial techniques.
• Hacking or attempting to intrude into platform systems or game software.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Accessing another user's account or stealing their information.
• Abusing bonuses or obtaining promotional benefits through fraudulent means.
• Harassing or causing harm to other users on the platform.

Fair Play Policy

All games on vs76 are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures neutral and fair outcomes. We use SSL encryption to keep all data secure. If a technical error on the platform affects a game result, vs76 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.

Consequences of Violations

In the event of a breach of the above prohibitions, vs76 may take the following actions: immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and legal action where applicable. vs76's decision is final in such matters.

VIP Tier Conditions

VIP tier changes depend on the user's activity on the platform. vs76 reserves the right to modify VIP tier criteria and benefit details at any time. The schedule and method for cashback payments are at vs76's sole discretion. Any VIP benefit may be cancelled immediately in the event of a breach of terms.

Betting Rules

vs76 offers betting on various cricket tournaments (including BPL, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup) and other sports including football and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, vs76 will refund the bet amount in accordance with the applicable rules.

Odds & Results

Displayed odds may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vs76 reserves the right to void those bets. The announcement of the relevant governing body is final in determining sports results.

Sports Integrity

Bets related to match fixing or any illegal activity are prohibited. If such activity is suspected, vs76 will investigate the associated account and take appropriate action. vs76 is committed to upholding the integrity of sport.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vs76 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, design, and other materials — is protected under vs76's intellectual property rights. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, modifying, or commercially using any platform content without permission is prohibited.

Data Collection & Use

The collection and processing of users' personal data by vs76 is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Your data will never be sold to third parties, though it may be shared with authorities where legally required.

Technical Issues

vs76 always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, vs76 will not be liable for any losses resulting from temporary service disruptions due to server maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or other technical reasons. In such situations, we will restore service as quickly as possible.

Liability for Betting Decisions

No information or advice provided on the platform is a guarantee of any betting outcome. vs76 is not responsible for the results of bets placed based on a user's own decisions. Betting and casino gaming carry risk — play within your limits and only wager money you can afford to lose.

Force Majeure

vs76 will not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such situations, we will inform users as quickly as possible.

Self-Exclusion

If a user feels their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can contact our support team to request a temporary or permanent account closure. Requests to reopen an account during a self-exclusion period will not be accepted.

Setting Limits

Termination by the User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. All pending transactions must be completed and the balance withdrawn before the account is closed. If any active bonus or wagering requirement has not been fulfilled, the associated funds will be forfeited.

vs76 reserves the right to immediately close any account due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or other serious reasons. In such cases, we will inform the user of the reason, though details may be limited for matters under investigation.
